Timothy Beluscak II
is the administrator of Jacksonville Beach (Fla.) Surgery Center. The ASC is a four-OR multispecialty center that is part of the Symbion Healthcare family of surgery centers. During his career, Mr. Bluscak has been the director of outpatient services and endoscopy at Jacksonville (Fla.) Medical Center.
