An emergency physician from Arkansas pleaded not guilty to charges of using fraudulent prescriptions to buy hydrocodone, according to a KFSM report.
Joseph Kradel, MD, was arrested in late July for allegedly buying hydrocodone with fake prescriptions at almost a dozen different pharmacies. Federal investigators say he used the names of family members and friends to buy the prescription drug.
