On average, analysts predict $213.7 million in revenue this quarter — a 15.7 percent rise from the year-ago quarter. AmSurg's income has fallen year-over-year by an average of 7.5 percent over the past five quarters, while revenue has now gone up for three straight quarters.
According to the report, AmSurg has seen decreasing net margins year-over-year for the last four quarters. Net margin reflects the percentage of each dollar earned by the company that becomes profit.
