2. Board-certified in anesthesiology, Dr. Holland holds a subspecialty certification in pain management.
3. He earned his medical degree from the University of Texas-Houston Medical School.
4. Following medical school, Dr. Holland completed his anesthesiology residency at University of Virginia in Charlottesville.
5. Dr. Holland underwent his pain management fellowship at Tucson-based University of Arizona.
