A single-tenant medical office building in Montrose, Colo., has sold for $2.5 million, according to a July 15 report from REBusiness Online.
The building was acquired by a Colorado-based investor and is fully leased to Heartland Dental 10 years, with a 10% price increase every five years, according to the report.
Heartland Dental has more than 1,700 locations across 38 states.
