SVN Urban Properties took over management of Galleria Medical Office Building in Metairie, La., Biz New Orleans reported Aug. 22.
The three-story, 51,000-square-foot facility is physician-owned, the report said. Tenants include Oral & Maxillofacial Surgical Associates, Galleria Medical Pharmacy and bariatric practice Surgical Specialists of Louisiana.
