6. Individual liability risks will need substantial attention to corporate governance and overall provider compliance is key.
7. The healthcare quality sector will remain a guiding reform principal.
8. The regulatory uncertainties are facing commercial payers and new provider payment methods will elevate health plan regulation concerns.
9. Telemedicine is a growing field and creates a new challenge for providers and regulators.
10. The Medicaid expansion and state adoption of managed care to meet recipient needs will be an issue.
