Amerinet, a national healthcare group purchasing organization, has announced the launch of an enhanced pharmaceutical portfolio, according to a company news release.
Highlights of the expanded portfolio include the following:
- A 78 percent product renewal rate
- Over 11,800 unique NDCs from 162 manufacturers
- Five new suppliers
- New products and product line extensions in Amerinet Choice, the Amerinet private label and sourcing line of products
"In our continuing efforts to provide members with enhanced opportunities for managing their pharmaceutical supply costs, our pharmacy managers worked diligently to advance the portfolio," said Dale Wright, Amerinet senior vice president of contracting and president, Amerinet Choice, in the release. "I am confident our members will be pleased with the results."
