Knoxville, Tenn.-based TeamHealth has acquired Northern Valley Anesthesiology, a provider of services to Englewood Hospital and Medical Center and five ambulatory surgery centers in New Jersey.
The partnership will give NVA more resources and a better infrastructure to serve its patients, according to the report.
NVA's 33 anesthesiologists will join TeamHealth's network of 8,500 professionals.
