Eliminating hidden costs within clinical practices can help ASCs save money on supply costs, said Stephanie Martin, RN, Regent Surgical Health's vice president of operations and clinical services.
Ms. Martin published the following tip on Regent Surgical Health's blog:
"ASCs should seek out and eliminate hidden costs within clinical processes, which may have become standardized over time," she said. "Careful evaluation can save thousands of dollars being spent inefficiently."
