The consequences of tariffs on China are top of mind for supply chain industry professionals, according to a recent survey by Supplyframe.
On behalf of Supplyframe, Conceptial Inc. surveyed 200 supply chain professionals working at North America-based medical device companies in August and September.
Industry professionals were asked to share their top supply chain concerns:
1. Tariffs on China affecting personal protective equipment and medical devices: 82 percent
2. The need for manufacturing capacity to grow: 30 percent
3. Sourcing becoming increasingly difficult: 26 percent
4. Continued product shortages: 20 percent
5. Limited component/parts availability: 14 percent
