Healthmark Industries, which develops products for the sterilization, decontamination, storage and security of surgical instruments and other medical devices and accessories, has announced the launch of a new product designed to hold instrument count sheets on the outside of wrapped trays.
To use the Count Sheet Holder, staff members would fold the count sheet over to fit inside a medical grade paper pouch and adhere it to the side of the wrapped package, according to a company news release.
The Count Sheet Holder was created to be compliant with AORN guidelines which recommend against placing count sheets inside of sterilization trays.
