Endo Pharmaceuticals will undergo a rebranding initiative to expand from its core pain medicine business under the new name of Endo Health Solutions, according to a Philadelphia Business Journal report.
The company aims to expand into a fully integrated healthcare company and provider of branded pharmaceuticals, generic drugs, medical devices and pain management health services.
Endo will also be relocating its headquarters to Malvern from Chadds Ford, Pa.
