Atlas Healthcare Partners' Banner Surgery Center-Thunderbird in Glendale, Ariz., recently performed its first total knee replacement and first partial shoulder replacement on the same day, Atlas said Jan. 26.
The total knee procedure was performed by orthopedic surgeon Martin Benoit, MD, and the partial shoulder replacement was performed by Dana Seltzer, MD.
