1st orthopedic surgeon from Mississippi practice performs robotic-assisted knee surgery

Orthopedic surgeon Jeb Williams, MD, became the first provider from his practice to perform a robotic-assisted knee procedure at North Mississippi Ambulatory Surgery Center, the Daily Journal reported Sept. 16.

Fellowship-trained Dr. Williams practices at the Orthopaedic Institute of North Mississippi in Tupelo. He specializes in joint replacements, including anterior hip, partial knee and robotic total knee replacements, as well as fracture care.


The institute offers foot, ankle, hand, wrist, elbow, hip, knee and shoulder care, as well as sports medicine services.
