Nvision Eye Centers has acquired San Antonio-based South Texas Ambulatory Surgery Center, located in the South Texas Medical Center.
The ASC provides surgical treatment for ophthalmology patients in the region, according to a May 5 press release.
Nvision also acquired San Antonio-based oculoplastic surgery practice Texas Eyeplastx, founded by David Holck, MD, and Christopher DeBacker, MD.
