• 11 to 15: 23 percent
• 16 to 20: 6 percent
• 21 or more: 0 percent
Preferred number of physician owners in a multispecialty ASC:
• One to five: 0 percent
• Six to 10: 18 percent
• 11 to 15: 29 percent
• 16 to 20: 35 percent
• 21 or more: 18 percent
Preferred equity ownership:
• Less than 10 percent: 12 percent
• 11 to 29 percent: 38 percent
• 30 to 50 percent: 12 percent
• 51 to 75 percent: 38 percent
• Greater than 75 percent: 0 percent
