U.S. healthcare costs to soar to $3.2 trillion this year

The national spend on healthcare in the United States is projected to reach $3.2 trillion in 2015.

At $3.2 trillion dollars, healthcare costs in the United States are at $10,000 per person.

If this trend holds, costs will hit $7.2 trillion by 2020. The rise in costs is driven in large part by the aging population.
