Mr. Safriet has more than 15 years of broad healthcare experience, with a recent focus on healthcare valuation in addressing any type of compensation agreement which may have Stark and/or anti-kickback implications. He previously served as vice president of sales and business development for a national in-home care serves organization and senior executive with a national healthcare consulting firm. Mr. Werling is an attorney at the McGuireWoods in Chicago. He has a concentration in corporate healthcare transactions and regulatory matters for healthcare and life sciences companies. Mr. Werling represents private equity and venture capital investors in healthcare and life sciences companies.
