The final two weeks in April (18-29), when members of Congress return home to focus their attention on constituent services, present a great opportunity to invite Congress members to tour ambulatory surgery centers, according to the ASC Association.
An ASC tour can educate lawmakers about the benefits of ASCs, including quality care provided at a lower cost than in other settings. The Association asks interested centers to contact Morgan Hanson (mhanson@ascassociation.org) for talking points and background material for use during the tour.
