President and CEO Christopher Holden received a 30 percent raise, bumping his salary up from $766,000 to the $1 million mark. CFO Claire Gulmi received a 9 percent raise to $500,000, while president of ambulatory services Philip Clendenin received a 17 percent raise to $425,000. Chief accounting officer Kevin Eastridge's 19 percent raise brought his salary to $370,000, according to the report.
The four AmSurg executives also saw their potential for bonuses increase. They could now make up to an extra $904,000, according to the report.
