West Reading, Pa.-based Tower Health will expand its ASC network through a joint venture with Addison, Texas-based United Surgical Partners International, WFMZ-TV 69 News reports.

1. The joint venture plans to develop ASCs in Southeastern Pennsylvania.
2. The partnership was announced Sept. 26.
3. USPI is an affiliate of Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare.
