Browns Mills Medical Office Building in Pemberton Township, N.J., opened earlier this week and includes space for an ASC on its third floor, according to ROI.
The whole 60,000-square-foot medical office building cost $21.5 million and also includes a family medicine practice, physical therapy and pulmonary and cardiac rehabilitation. The building could eventually include an ASC in the future as well.
Prior to the grand opening, there was a need in the community for primary care physicians, urgent care and X-ray imaging.
