Clara Barton Hospital is conducting a $15 million building expansion project featuring an ASC in Hoisington, Kan., Great Bend Tribune reported Oct. 21.
The hospital broke ground on phase one, a revamp of the parking lot, in May. Construction of a surgery center is the second phase.
