A developer is planning a 93,000-square-foot medical office building with outpatient surgery in Santa Rosa, Calif., Healthcare Design reported Sept. 14.
Brookwood Medical will be a four-story facility with diagnostic imaging and multispecialty services, the report said. It will be built with renewable energy generation features.
The building will be located two blocks from Memorial Hospital.
