An ASC will occupy space in a new 102,000-square-foot medical office development called Synergy Medical, according to Mile High CRE.
Three things to know:
1. The mixed-use development is going up across from HCA Healthcare/HealthONE's Swedish Medical Center in Englewood, Colo., and the adjacent Craig Hospital medical campus.
2. Along with an ASC, the building will feature office space for neurologists, orthopedic surgeons, plastic surgeons and complementary practices. There will be 14,000 square feet of retail space on the first floor.
3. Over the past three years, Swedish Medical Center has invested more than $150 million to expand and modernize its campus.
"The city of Englewood is excited that the Synergy Medical project has broken ground and construction is underway. This $28 million investment is located in the heart of our growing medical district, and its proximity to Swedish Medical Center assures that Englewood will continue to serve as a hub for regional medical services and healthcare employment well into the future," Englewood Mayor Linda Olsen said in a statement to the Englewood Herald.
