The Pain Treatment Center of America in Texarkana, Ark., is building a new facility on the Texas side of the border-straddling city, according to a Nov. 4 Texarkana Gazette report.
The practice will move to the new location once it's complete in about six months. The new ASC will sit near a new Veterans Administration Clinic, which also is expected to be finished around that time.
