Cardinal Health named Sheri Edison to its board of directors as an independent director.
Ms. Edison is an executive vice president and general counsel at Amcor, a food, beverage and pharmaceutical packaging company.
She also serves on the boards of American Family Insurance and the Madison-based University of Wisconsin Waisman Center. She previously served on the board of AK Steel.
Ms. Edison holds a JD from Evanston, Ill.-based Northwestern University School of Law.
