2. He has been involved in the development, management and syndication of more than 100 hospitals and ASCs in the U.S.
3. Ms. Knudson has 15 years of experience in the legal healthcare, real estate, land development and finance industries.
4. Ms. Knudson's past accomplishments include aiding several contract negotiations and managing a land portfolio worth more than $165 million.
