Andrey Ibragimov was named assistant director of Ingalls Same Day Surgery Center at Tinley Park (Ill.).
Tyler Grant, DO, joined Bellefonte Surgical Associates in Ashland, Ky.
On Oct. 1, Tarrytown, N.Y.-based ENT and Allergy Associates will add three otolaryngologists to its practice: Philip Perlman, MD, Michael Ditkoff, MD, and Luke Donatelli, MD.
