Tulsa, Okla.-based St. John Health System expanded its gastroenterology services through a partnership with Tulsa-based Gastroenterology Specialists.
Here's what you should know:
1. St. John patients now have access to Gastroenterology Specialists' eight gastroenterologists, nurse practitioners, dietician nutritionist and surgery center.
2. Gastroenterology Specialists was formed in 1983. This is the group's first joint venture.
3. Gastroenterology Specialists' John Hood, MD, said, "Our physicians and staff are excited to work collaboratively with St. John Health System and its affiliated physicians to provide excellent gastrointestinal treatment in our community."
