Provation added an automated adenoma detection rate feature to Provation MD, its procedure documentation and coding software.
Here's what you should know:
1. The feature generates ADR reports through its pathology integration. It also increases efficiency by reducing the need to manually enter pathology results.
2. Springfield-based Oregon Endoscopy Center tested the automated ADR functionality. Oregon Endoscopy Center's Jody Roe said she loved the automation feature, "I no longer need to click back and forth to enter the data from the PDF in order to calculate our physicians. Automated ADR does it for me."
3. The automated reports fulfill gastroenterology reporting criteria for Medicare's Merit-based Incentive Payment System.
4. The ADR reporting feature is available as an add-on for Provation MD.
