GI Alliance partners with Southeast Texas Gastroenterology Associates — 4 insights

Dallas-based GI Alliance continues to rapidly grow, partnering with Beaumont-based Southeast Texas Gastroenterology Associates.

1. SETGA has served the Beaumont area for more than 30 years.

2. SETGA founding partner Joe Holland, MD, praised the GI Alliance, saying the gastroenterology services organization will allow the group to retain its commitment to patients while providing SETGA with administrative support.

3. GI Alliance CEO Jim Weber, MD, commented on the organization's rapid growth, saying, "Regardless of how large GI Alliance is now or becomes in the future, what really matters is the personal impact our physicians make within their medical communities."

4. The GI Alliance was formed when Southlake-based Texas Digestive Disease Consultants closed an investment with Waud Capital Partners in November 2018. This is the organization's third partnership.
