Pfizer and Exact Sciences teamed up to co-promote Cologuard through 2021.

1. Pfizer will collaborate with Exact Sciences' sales representatives to promote Cologuard to physicians and health systems and expand Cologuard's marketing campaign.
2. The two companies hope to increase colorectal cancer screening by accelerating the adoption of Cologuard.
3. Pfizer will co-promote Cologuard starting in the fourth quarter of 2018 and will share profits and marketing expenses equally on an agreed-upon baseline.
