EndoChoice appointed William Enquist as chairman of the board of directors.
Here are four notes:
1. Mr. Enquist has more than 30 years of experience in the medical device industry.
2. He most recently served as the president of global endoscopy for Stryker.
3. He also currently serves on the board of directors for Firefly Medical.
4. Mr. Enquist replaces Scott Huennekens, who will remain on the board, but is stepping down as chairman to focus on his position as president and CEO of the recently formed Verb Surgical, an independent surgical solutions company.
