Liza Capiendo, MD, has been named the Clinical Chief of the Department of Colon and Rectal Surgery at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in West Hollywood, Calif.
Dr. Capiendo is also a colorectal and general surgeon with the Beverly Hills, Calif.-based outpatient surgery center La Peer Health Systems. At La Peer, she performs procedures to treat conditions such as inflammatory bowel disease, hernias, hemorrhoids, lipomas and pilonidal cysts.
