CRH Medical has completed its fourth acquisition this year.
The company has an 85 percent stake in New England Anesthesia Associates, which provides services to an ASC in Guilford, Conn., according to a May 10 news release. The acquisition adds 17 practitioners to CRH's team and gives the company a footprint in 16 states.
CRH Medical is a subsidiary of Well Health. It provides anesthesia services to gastroenterology ASCs.
