In the first quarter of this year, Cologuard has received coverage from five commercial health plans.
The five plans include:
• Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield
• Tufts Health Plan
• CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield PPO
• Excellus BCBS WNY
• Dean Health Plan
