Capital Digestive Care has leased 21,000 square feet of a medical office building in Silver Spring, Md., Commercial Observer reported May 7.
The space is a part of the 360,000-square-foot WesTech Business Park, near the Adventist HealthCare White Oak Medical Center.
WesTech Business Park comprises nine single-story medical office buildings.
Silver Spring-based Capital Digestive Care recently expanded its presence in Virginia, partnering with Suffolk-based Gastrointestinal & Liver Specialists of Tidewater.
