Oshi Health received strategic investments from the American College of Gastroenterology and the American Gastroenterological Association GI Opportunity Fund.
The collaboration between Oshi Health and the two GI organizations seeks to highlight the importance of providing patients with access to evidence-based, multidisciplinary care amid limited access to digestive healthcare in America, according to a June 13 news release shared with Becker's from Oshi Health.
The multidisciplinary hybrid model hopes to create a more efficient and expandable approach for GI practices to offer dietary and behavioral health interventions, which are proven to improve outcomes, through a personalized and interactive care delivery model best suited for virtual delivery, according to the release.
