The average American spent $1,560.11 on outpatient care and $1,097.30 on inpatient care in 2017, according to an analysis from senior healthcare resource The Senior List.
The Senior List analyzed Healthcare Cost Institute data from 2017 to determine costs by state, including annual spending, procedure cost and more.
