The survey includes responses from nearly 1,400 physicians.
When asked what kinds of payment models operate in their practices, respondents reported the following:
• Traditional fee-for-service — 89.9 percent
• Direct pay/cash only — 14.6 percent
• Concierge/membership — 2.8 percent
• Other — 5.8 percent
