A driver died after he crashed his vehicle into the building housing Cataract Specialty Surgery Center in Berkley, Mich., June 5, WJBK reports.

Here are five details:

1. The driver was cut out of his Jeep Grand Cherokee and taken to the hospital, where he later died.

2. The driver was alone in the car and no other vehicles were involved.

4. The car took down several business signs before slamming into the building, which sustained structural damage.
