David Ghozland, MD, and Marc Winter, MD, performed the first single-site robotic hysterectomy in Los Angeles at the Beverly Hills Regional Surgery Center, a miVIP surgery center.
The ASC was the first to introduce and perform minimally invasive robotic surgery using the da Vinci Si Surgical System and one of the only outpatient centers in the country specializing in minimally invasive surgery using robotic technology.
Dr. Winter has performed more than 500 robotic surgeries in his career. miVIP includes 60 surgeons.
