Marietta, Ga.-based WellStar Health System opened an outpatient surgery center in Vinings, Ga., April 16, CBS 46 reports.
Here's what you should know.
1. The 20,000-square-foot surgery center has three operating rooms, 17 private preoperative and postoperative recovery rooms and three procedure rooms.
2. The center's physicians specialize in general surgery, non cosmetic breast surgery, gastroenterology, gynecology, urology, podiatry, ENT and orthopedics, among others.
3. The center is expected to satiate growing demand for outpatient surgical services in the area.
