Montecito Medical Real Estate has acquired a medical office building in Chesterfield, Va., for $12 million, Virginia Business reported March 25.
The 27,606-square-foot property is 100 percent leased to Vital Care Family Practice, LabCorp, James River Cardiology and Absolute Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center.
Nashville, Tenn.-based Montecito also recently purchased a $21 million building in Virginia Beach, Va.
