Symbion has entered into a new partnership with Great Falls (Mont.) Clinic, according to a report from the Great Falls Tribune and a news release from Symbion.
Symbion will provide additional capital and management services to the Great Falls Clinic's outpatent multispecialty medical group practice (Main Clinic, Specialty Center, Immediate Care Center and Northwest Clinic), the Great Falls Clinic's surgery center (Great Falls Clinic Ambulatory Surgery Center), and the Great Falls Clinic's hospital (Great Falls Clinic Medical Center).
The partnership’s initial focus will be the recruitment of additional physicians, with future plans including the evaluation of growth opportunities for the Great Falls Clinic Medical Center and investment in new tehnology and other system improvements.
"We have been extremely impressed with the quality and level of service provided by the Great Falls Clinic and believe there is excellent potential for future growth," said John Crysel, Symbion's group president, in the release. "We look forward to working closely with GFC's physicians and employees to maximize this potential and expand the services offerd to the community."
