Towson, Md.-based SurgCenter Development is in the midst of developing Delaware River Surgical Suites in Warrington, Pa., the Philadelphia Business Journal reports.

1. The surgery center will occupy an existing three-story medical office building.
2. Center physicians will specialize in orthopedics.
3. Kaden Construction is spearheading the surgery center's construction, which should open in June.
4. The center will have two operating rooms, two private recovery rooms and five recovery bays.
