Southern Surgical Arts, a cosmetic surgery practice, will begin a $5 million, 27,000-square-foot office building project in Chattanooga, Tenn., later this month, according to a Times Free Press report.
The second floor of the three-story building will be occupied by a two-operating room cosmetic surgery center.
