A medical office building in Warwick, R.I., has sold for $8.1 million, according to a March 12 report from Providence Business Journal.
The 30,000-square-foot building was purchased by a joint partnership between Sendero Capital and TPG Angelo Gordon.
The building is 40% occupied by neurology practice NeuroHealth and was formerly owned by NeuroHealth's founder and medical director, who owned the facility since it was built in 1998 until he transferred ownership in 2003.
Other tenants include Care New England and Rhode Island Medical Imaging. The property is fully leased.
